Project Director and Lead Auditor for annual and Semi-Annual Independent Environmental Audits verifying compliance of joint venture construction, operations, maintenance, and rehabilitation activities with environmental obligations under Project Agreements between joint ventures and the Contracting Authority.

Local E&S Consultant for a SIDs first utility-scale onshore wind project. Worked closely and as part of a team with the client, local Government, and local consultants — developing baseline E&S data libraries, risk management frameworks, permitting terms of reference, and bankable bid reference documents to support a competitive tender process.
